Our journey started in the 1970s with the visionary entrepreneur Richard Orthmann, and today, it’s led by his sons, Leif and Finn Orthmann. As a family-owned enterprise, we’ve evolved into a vibrant team of real estate professionals representing over 12 nationalities, reflecting the dynamic multicultural essence of Marbella.

The origin of Belleside Real Estate stems from a gap we identified as real estate developers—a need that was not being met by other agencies in the area. This led to the creation of The Agency Marbella, established to offer a professional service focused on homeowners who demand the highest level of professionalism and dedication when selling their property to the most suitable buyer. Our goal is to ensure that each transaction is handled with the utmost care and precision, matching each property with the ideal purchaser.

Our current portfolio includes a range of luxurious properties, from modern villas in Marbella’s Golden Mile district to exclusive estates across Southern Spain. The properties we manage are priced from about $1 million to over $50 million, each chosen for quality, location, and investment potential.
