A New Chapter for Skina

Coinciding with Skina's 20th anniversary, Marcos Granda embraced a bold new chapter by relocating his first restaurant. Moving from a small space in Marbella’s historic center to a charming Andalusian mansion on the Golden Mile, this transition allows for more space, a deeper culinary vision, and new concepts that extend beyond the traditional gastronomic menu.

A Dedicated Space for Champagne Enthusiasts

While Skina remains a fine dining institution, Millésimé, Le Petit Bar by Skina carves out its own identity with an independent menu that highlights fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. However, its true distinction lies in its extraordinary champagne selection, designed to captivate both collectors and casual enthusiasts.

Millésimé is Granda’s dream realized—a space dedicated to sharing his passion and expertise in champagne. With an impressive collection of 910 labels, six are available by the glass, rotating monthly to provide an ever-evolving experience. Unlike Skina’s formal tasting menu, Millésimé embraces a more laid-back yet equally refined dining experience. Its menu is designed for sharing, encouraging guests to enjoy high-quality dishes in a warm, unpretentious atmosphere.

Seasonal Availability and Opening Hours

With Marbella’s extended warm seasons, Millésimé offers an inviting setting throughout the year. From October, the bar will welcome guests from Tuesday to Saturday, with lunch service from 1:00 to 3:30 pm and dinner from 7:30 to 10:45 pm.
